ARTHEATER
Arriving
The Artheater can be easily reached via the Ehrenfeld S-Bahn and U-Bahn station. This is a 4-6 minute walk away. You enter the location via a wide driveway, which is somewhat unevenly paved. If you walk straight ahead, you will arrive directly at the entrance.
Outdoor area
The outdoor area of the location begins about 10 meters after the gate, with covered seating areas to the left and right of the path. There are a few beer benches and tables on the left. A large lounge area with pallet furniture and low tables stretches across the right-hand side to the entrance. The outdoor area is fully illuminated.Innenbereich
The entrance to the location leads around a tight bend to the right. However, it is still possible to get in with a wheelchair. The entrance area is spacious and has a bar with drinks on offer in the middle. The bar counter is high, but it is possible to order in an area on the right-hand side without a high counter. The area to the left and right around the bar has seating at different heights. There is a large black curtain to the right of the bar. Behind this curtain in the backstage area is a barrier-free toilet. If required, please contact the staff.
If you go down the stairs to the left of the entrance, “you come to the other toilets”, the checkroom and the Artheater Basement concert hall. The stairs have handrails on the left and right and are somewhat steep. In the basement there is a column in the middle of the room. To the right of the pillar are the toilets. The women's toilets are on the far right, with the men's toilets slightly to the center. In the middle of the room is the entrance to the checkroom. There are bars leading to the entrance from the pillar. If you continue straight ahead from the stairs, you will reach the entrance to the Artheater Basement event room.
ARTHEATER BASEMENT
The Artheater Basement has a capacity of 100 visitors. Once you are in the event space, the entrance is on the left-hand side in the corner. In the middle of the room, there are two pillars to the left and right of the center, which can act as obstacles. Opposite the entrance, the ground-level stage extends across the opposite side. There are benches for seating along the entire sides to the left and right of the stage up to the entrance (left) and to the right corner opposite the entrance, but these are often occupied by jackets during concerts.
Indoor area
When you leave the Artheater Basement, a steep connecting staircase leads up to the Artheater Saal location. This staircase only has a handrail (if you go up on the right-hand side). You can also reach the Artheater Saal by taking the path at the top of the entrance area past the bar on the left and then through two doors. This leads directly into the hall. This route also takes you past the connecting staircase between the hall and the basement, which is located on the left-hand side.
ARTHEATER SAAL
The Artheater Saal has a capacity of 320 visitors. There is a technical area on the wall to the right of the entrance, next to which is a bar that extends to the right-hand corner. However, this bar is not in use. The stage extends across the side opposite the entrance and is 60 cm high.
CLUB BAHNHOF EHRENFELD
Arrive
The Club Bahnhof Ehrenfeld has a capacity of 470 visitors. The venue is located right next to the Ehrenfeld S-Bahn and U-Bahn station. Right next to Club Bahnhof Ehrenfeld is Yuca, another concert venue with a similar outdoor area on the street, which is also used during c/o pop.
Outdoor area
A path leads to the outdoor area of the venue in a slalom-like fashion through some bars on the street. If these gates present a barrier, they can be bypassed on the left-hand side of the entrance. When you enter the outdoor area of the location, a paved path leads around to the right to the entrance to the indoor area. To the right of the path is a gravel-covered lounge area with bar tables and seating. The entire outdoor area is well lit. To the right of the outdoor area is the checkroom, which can be reached via a wooden path. On the left-hand side of the path is another uncovered lounge area, which is lined with wood and has additional seating.
Indoor area
You enter the interior through two heavy doors, one behind the other, which lead into the interior. If you go through these doors, you will find yourself in an anteroom. There is a drinks counter on the right-hand side, which is high and can therefore act as a barrier. Opposite the entrance is a staircase that leads to further seating. If you go down the stairs, you will find the other toilets there. The women's toilets are on the left and the men's toilets are on the right. If you turn left at the entrance, a door leads into the concert hall. There is another bar on the left, also with a high counter. If you turn right, you will find the audience area. There is a technical desk in the middle of the area. The stage extends over almost the entire opposite side and is 1.30 meters high. To the left of the stage is an accessible toilet that can be unlocked with a Euro key. A key can be borrowed from the staff.
HELIOS37
Arrive
Helios37 has a capacity of 280 visitors. The best way to get there by public transport is via the Ehrenfeld S-Bahn and U-Bahn station. From here it is a 6-8 minute walk to Helios37.
Outdoor area
The location is located behind a driveway. A wide, level path leads to the inner courtyard. A guidance system of grids leads to the entrance in a slalom-like manner. You are led past a ticket booth, which is located on the left-hand side. If you turn left around the corner, you will find yourself in front of the entrance to the concert venue. To the right of the entrance is a small outdoor area with some seating.
Indoor area
On entering the venue, a short corridor leads to another entrance door, behind which the concert hall is located. There is an unguarded checkroom in the corridor. There is a drinks bar in the concert hall to the left of the entrance. This has a high counter, which can act as a barrier due to its height. There is a technical desk in the corner to the right of the entrance. Opposite the entrance, the stage extends over the entire opposite side. The stage is approx. 70 cm high. People with wheelchairs and walking frames can report to the staff 5 minutes before each concert and will be guided past the queue. They will then be given a place at the edge of the stage. If you walk past the bar on the left, you enter a dark, poorly lit corridor that leads to the toilets. The front door on the left leads to the women's toilets, a few meters behind it on the left is the men's toilet. There is a spacious barrier-free toilet for all genders in the women's toilet at the front left. This must be unlocked with a key. The key can be requested from the staff.
LIVE MUSIC HALL
Arrive
The Live Music Hall has a capacity of 1,300 visitors, making it the largest location of the c/o pop festival. The best way to reach the Live Music Hall by public transport is via the Ehrenfeld S-Bahn and U-Bahn station. From here, it takes between 8 and 10 minutes to walk to the venue. It is located in a backyard. Next to this courtyard is another entrance, which can easily be mistaken for the correct entrance. Outside area
When you turn into the backyard, a wide asphalt path leads to the entrance of the location. This entrance is on the left-hand side. Ticket control and the security check also take place on the left-hand side in front of the entrance. Behind the entrance there are some seating options in the form of tables and beer benches. Behind them is a food truck where snacks can be purchased. The outdoor area on the right-hand side opposite the entrance is covered, extensively lit from above and has numerous tables and beer benches. The entrance to the toilets is located in the middle of the covered area on the right-hand side. If you go in here, you will first find the women's toilet on the left-hand side, followed by the men's toilet. Behind the entrance to the toilets with barriers is a checkroom.
The barrier-free toilets are located outside in the rear area behind a barrier. Access is gained by approaching the staff. There are two larger, gender-separated porta-potties.
Indoor area
When you enter the indoor area, you stand opposite the cocktail counter. All counters are approximately 1.5 meters high. On each side there is an area recessed from the counter where you can order without a barrier. If you turn to the right, you are in the concert hall. Opposite on the other side is the stage, which extends from the right-hand side across the middle of the hall. There is a technical desk in the middle of the hall. There is another drinks counter to the left and right.
YUCA
Arrive
The Yuca has a capacity of 250 visitors. The location is right next to the Ehrenfeld S-Bahn and U-Bahn station. Right next to YUCA is Club Bahnhof Ehrenfeld, another concert venue with a similar outdoor area on the street, which is also used during c/o pop.
Outdoor area
A slalom-like path leads to the outdoor area of the venue through some grilles on the street. If these gates present a barrier, they can be bypassed on the right-hand side of the entrance. When you enter the spacious, illuminated outdoor area of the location, a paved path leads around to the right to the entrance to the indoor area. Opposite the entrance is a lounge area, which is partly covered with gravel and partly with wood. The wooden area has a threshold, which is why this area is only accessible via a step. The entire outdoor area is well lit and has some seating.
Indoor area
The interior can be entered via a heavy door. If you walk along the corridor here, a path leads to the toilets on the left-hand side. This path takes a bend, first left and then right around the corner. Behind it is a FLINTA* toilet on the right and a general toilet on the left. From the corridor of the entrance area, go straight ahead into the event hall. As you enter the hall, there is a drinks counter to the left of the entrance. There is a checkroom behind the drinks counter on the left-hand side. Opposite the counter, the stage extends across the entire side. The stage has a height of 60 cm. The barrier-free toilet is shared with Club Bahnhof Ehrenfeld (the location directly next door). To use it, the staff in the entrance area will guide you through a door directly into the concert hall of Club Bahnhof Ehrenfeld, where the toilet is located.
We want to make it possible for as many people as possible to visit c/o pop, so here you'll find a description of the event grounds and information about potential accessibility barriers. This information is intended to help you find your way around and plan your visit.
This list is not yet complete. If you have specific questions about a venue in advance, please contact us or the venue directly.

The Cinenova entrance is accessible from Herbrandstraße via an approximately 8-meter-long paved path to the left. There is a small threshold leading to the sidewalk in front of the entrance door.
Interior (Accreditation, Restrooms, Stages 1 to 3)
Check-In Counter
After entering, the check-in counter for accreditation is located to the left, along the wall. Induction loops, which are used for Stages 2, 3, 5, 7, 9, and 10, can be borrowed here. Stage 1 is located to the left, past the check-in counter, behind a door.
Restrooms
To the left of the check-in counter are the restrooms. On the right is a wheelchair-accessible restroom with two grab bars on the side.
Bistro
The bistro has a high counter without a lowered section.
In front of Stage 1, on the right-hand side, is a small networking area separated by thin partitions.
Stage 2
To the right of the entrance door, after about 5 meters, you'll find a ramp approximately 21 meters long, which then levels out again. This ramp leads up to Stage 2. At the end of the ramp, you must go around a railing on the left to reach another, narrower ramp, approximately 5 meters long, leading to Stage 2 (CINE2).
Stage 3 (CINE3) can be reached after about 12 meters on the same long, wide ramp. Here, too, you must go around a railing on the left, which leads to another ramp approximately 5 meters long.
In the Cinema (Stage 2 & 3)
Both cinemas have two wheelchair spaces. In Stage 2, the step-free seats are located on the far right and far left sides of the auditorium. In Stage 3, there are freely accessible seats right at the entrance.
HERBRAND’S
Outdoor Area
All stages and networking areas are clearly marked with signs. Staff and security personnel are also available on-site to answer any questions and provide directions.
There are three entrances to the courtyard. The first entrance is accessible at ground level via the paved parking lot to the left of Herbrand’s. A contact person's phone number will be posted there for any questions or assistance. The second entrance is through Herbrand’s main entrance, which is located straight ahead past the parking lot and is only accessible via steps. This entrance leads inside Herbrand’s. Continue straight ahead through a door, after which there is a slope leading down into the courtyard. The third entrance is located just before Herbrand’s main entrance. A small, steep ramp leads to Networking Area D. After entering this area, keep to the right to reach a glass door on the left. This glass door leads down a slope into the courtyard.
To the right of the parking lot entrance are Networking Area A and Stage 5. Networking Area A is accessed via a stone path, and Stage 5 via a paved path parallel to the stone path. Access to Stage 5 for wheelchair users is via a steep ramp, and the doorway into the interior does not provide enough space to turn a wheelchair around.
To the left of the parking lot entrance is a paved path leading to Stage 7, a glass rotunda. This stage has two entrances. The first is directly to the left of the parking lot entrance, accessed via a staircase. To reach the second entrance, go around the glass rotunda to the left, following a stone path and a path paved with flagstones. The second entrance is accessible for wheelchair users via a ramp (approximately an 8% incline).
If you walk along the paved path from the parking lot entrance, past Stage 7 on the left, you will reach Stage 6 and Networking Area B. The entrance to Stage 6 is leveled by a Lego ramp.
The covered Networking Area B is located to the left of Stage 6 on a gravel surface, parts of which are covered with paving slabs. Straight ahead past Networking Area B is a bar with a high counter (approx. 1.50m), which unfortunately doesn't have a lowered counter for ordering. Continuing straight ahead from the bar, a paved path and a section of gravel lead to Stage 8 on the left. Continuing to the left of Stage 8, you'll reach one of the two entrances to Stage 10. This entrance is accessed via a gravel path with a small threshold. The other entrance is from the courtyard, directly opposite Stage 8, via cobblestones and gravel. A slope leads up into the interior of Herbrand's. Once inside, Stage 5 is to the left, and Networking Area D, located in Herbrand's restaurant, is to the right.
Interior
Stage 5: A steep ramp and a relatively narrow doorway lead into a small club. This stage is at ground level and accessible by wheelchair only via the aforementioned entrance.
Stage 6
This stage is furnished with several pieces of furniture and seating, all of which are movable and can therefore be individually adjusted.
Stage 7
Stage 7 is a glass rotunda with ground-level access and two exits: one via stairs and the other via a ramp (approximately 8% incline, 91 cm wide, with handrails on both sides) that leads to Networking B on the left.
Stage 8
Stage 8 is an elevated outdoor stage with seating on a surface that is partially covered with gravel and stone.
Stage 9 & 10
Stages 9 and 10 have two entrances. The first is via the main entrance of Herbrand's, which is only accessible via stairs. Once inside, a short path leads to the entrance to Stage 10 on the right. The second entrance is via the courtyard opposite Stage 8. A ramp leads up into Herbrand's from there. To reach Stage 10, a large event hall, you need to turn left around the corner. Here, there is a bar with a high counter, and only to the side, near the bar exit, is an open area for ordering. Stage 9 is located on the second floor above Stage 10. It is only accessible via stairs and is not wheelchair accessible.
Networking Area A
Networking Area A is not covered and, as described above, is located on the right-hand side after the parking lot entrance to the courtyard.
Networking Area B
This area is located opposite Stage 7 and can also be reached via the stone path. It has a gravel surface, partially covered with paving slabs, and is covered.
Networking Area C
Networking Area C is located to the left of Networking Area C and in front of Stage 8. It is accessible via a path that is partly stone and partly gravel.
Networking Area D (Restaurant)
There are four entrances to Networking Area D / Restaurant. The first entrance is located just before the main entrance of Herbrand's and is accessible via a small, steep ramp leading to the networking area and Herbrand's restaurant. The second entrance is also accessible via the main entrance of Herbrand's. Once inside, Networking Area D is on your right. The third entrance is only accessible via steps and is located behind Networking Area C and Stage 7. The fourth entrance is via the steep ramp in the courtyard opposite Stage 8. From here, you need to walk approximately 5 meters to the right through a passageway until you reach the restaurant. There is also a bar inside, but the counter is very high and only has a lowered, open ordering area at the far right.
Where are the restrooms?
If you are in front of Stage 8, there is a restroom to the left that is not wheelchair accessible and is only accessible via a step. Two wheelchair-accessible restrooms are located at Stage 10, to the left behind the stage. At the end of the corridor leading to the men's and women's restrooms, there is a large toilet cubicle in each. Grab bars are located to the left and right of the toilets, and a fold-down changing table is opposite. There is no changing table or shower. There is also no emergency call system. The sinks are not wheelchair accessible.
What barriers exist?
Stages
Stage 5 is accessible via a stone path and only via a steep ramp (over 6% incline). The door is also very narrow (64 cm) and there is no turning circle.
Stage 6 is accessible via a stone path and a short section of gravel, but has a small raised threshold, which is leveled by a Lego ramp.
Stage 7 is accessible via the stone path from the parking lot onto the grounds and via a ramp (over 6% incline).
Stage 8 is accessible via the stone path and a short gravel path.
Stage 9 is not wheelchair accessible, as it is only reachable via stairs and is located on a different floor.
Stage 10 has two possible entrances:
Inside Herbrand: accessible via a ramp (gradient greater than 6%) across a short stone path and cobblestones.
Outside Herbrand: accessible via cobblestones and a small threshold at the door into the hall.
Networking Areas
The networking areas feature high standing tables and low tables with seating and a space for wheelchair users to place drinks.
Networking A is accessible via the stone path and gravel.
Networking B is accessible via the stone path and gravel.
Networking C is accessible via the stone path and gravel.
Networking Area D is accessible via four entrances. The main entrance is only accessible via steps. An entrance in the courtyard is only accessible via steps.
Bars
Both the bar at Networking Areas B and D, and the bar at Stage 10, have only a high counter. The service staff is trained to...
The counter at Stage 10 has a passageway to which wheelchair users can place orders. To the left of the counter are two tables where wheelchair users can set down drinks.
EVA
Outdoor Area
EVA is located on the right-hand side, opposite Cinenova and Herbrand’s. The entrance to the Awareness Space, conference rooms, and a quiet room, the Silent Space, is accessible via a parking lot. In the middle of the parking lot is a large grassy area enclosed by high stones. Turn left past this fence to reach the entrance.
Indoor Area
In the large entrance area, a wheelchair-accessible restroom with side grab bars is located straight ahead and slightly to the right.
